Return Policy (SwimThreads by Vanz)

Made-to-Order Items
SwimThreads by Vanz pieces are handmade to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Each piece is carefully crafted to meet your order specifications; therefore, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Returns & Adjustments
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, refunds are not offered.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted only for adjustments (e.g., sizing corrections or minor color refinements).
- A return request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is agreed between both parties to be due to an error on our part.
Once the item is received and assessed, any necessary adjustments will be completed and the item will be re-shipped to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
To ensure a timely resolution, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or video of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
All claims must be submitted within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Resolutions
Once your request has been reviewed and verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement (preferred option)
- Store credit
- Adjustment
- Refund (only in accordance with our Refund Policy)
Refund Policy
All items are made to order; therefore, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
In the rare event of:
- Lost packages (confirmed by the shipping carrier), or
- Errors made by SwimThreads by Vanz
A replacement item will be provided at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Swimwear bottoms or items that show signs of wear
- Items that have been washed, altered, or used
- Sale or clearance items (unless confirmed defective)
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
