Processing & Production Time

All SwimThreads by Vanz items are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, depending on current order volume.

In the event of any delays, customers will be notified directly.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via the Barbados Postal Service using EMS (Express Mail Service), an international courier service offering reliable and trackable delivery to over 200 destinations worldwide.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines begin after production is complete:

• Local (Barbados): 1–3 business days
• Caribbean: 2–5 business days
• USA & Canada: 4–5 business days
• Europe: 6–7 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, destination country, and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Rates are guided by Barbados Postal Service EMS pricing and are structured as follows:

• Caribbean: Starting from approximately $18 USD 
• Jamaica, Bahamas, Bermuda, Guyana: Starting from approximately $24 USD  
• USA & Canada: Starting from approximately $28 USD  
• Europe: Starting from approximately $35 USD  
• Rest of the World: Starting from approximately $45 USD 

Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your specific order.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. EMS shipments include end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in your purchase and are the sole responsibility of the customer. SwimThreads by Vanz has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or waive them. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office prior to placing an order.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, SwimThreads by Vanz is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, SwimThreads by Vanz will work with the customer to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.
